Independent. Measured. Unsponsored.
Hey, I'm Matt.
I've spent years reviewing saunas. Independently, with a FLIR camera. And no brand paying me to like their product.
Certifiedsaunas.com is where the testing verdicts live.
The Sauna Method is the other half of the job: not which sauna, but how. How to choose one without getting trapped, and how to use it so it actually does something.
No hype. No brand loyalty. Just what the testing has shown and how to get you the most out of it. Â
